This amazing house is directly on the beach in Jaco, YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING CLOSER TO THE WATERS EDGE!! The waves crash into the sea wall in front of the house, at high tide.. South end of the beach, where there is no road that separates all of the other houses/condos from the beach.. It is also the last house on the beach, just next to a beautiful rocky reef with coves for exploring and fishing! HGTV filmed here! Booking with the owners who own multiple properties in this area, a HUGE plus...personal attention, no agencies, no extra added commissions, and you are getting the transportation and tours we do ourselves with wonderful people that are our friends! Great Place for A Reunion with Friends

Great property right on the beach

Perfect place for our large family with separate suite and large rooms in the main house. In a quiet corner at the end of the beach with easy access to the ocean and other amenities. Helpful staff and security for safety. Would stay again if back in the area. Thanks for having us!

An Awesome Place to Stay in Costa Rica

The house is beautiful and well maintained. The staff greatly exceeded our expectations. They were courteous, patient, and helpful. Most spoke better english than we do spanish. They were more than eager to attend to any need or request we had. The location on the beach in Jayco is gorgeous. Easy to get to yet secure. Tons of trips/excursions close by which the staff most professionally coordinated for us. The chef prepared meals were delicious! Our family experienced a vacation we will long remember!

Amazing family home

If anything, the photos don’t do this home and its location justice. The beach is literally right outside the gates, and the views from most rooms in the house are amazing. We stayed here after a cruise from Panama, and the location was perfect. Jen and Fabian, the property managers, helped us set up everything, from the shuttles to and from the airport, to the baby cribs and helping us get groceries and arrange tours. I didn’t know enough about Costa Rica to even know what we were looking for, and this was a lucky find! We all loved our stay here. I highly recommend Joya Del Pacifica!

Pura Vida

There were 10 of us that stayed on the property. The location is amazing. The boys all loved their surf lessons with Cali he was out in front of the house daily. There’s a spot up the beach you can rent boogie boards or book a fishing excursion. The property manager helped arrange our trip to the monkey mangrove tour (a must do)and set up our zip lining trip. The hike up to El Miro was incredible. This was an amazing trip! Pablo and Marta are amazing staff that are on site daily. Thank you Jen and Mike this is a trip we will never forget.

House was great for our family. Good staff with housekeeper and security. Rated 4 stars due to non operating dishwasher. We wound up doing dishes most nights as we did not want to leave them overnight for housekeeper next day. Concerned about attracting pests.

Family Vacation

Everything was very easy from start to finish. The house easily accommodated 8 adults and 9 kids, aged 20 mos to 14yrs The staff was excellent, especially Marte, the housekeeper, who always smiled . Communication was excellent. Location was perfect. Having 15 horses ride right up to the house from the beach, for an afternoon of riding, was awesome. Travel logistics were amazing and easy. So much to do. This is a lifetime memory made possible by such an outstanding venue.

Phenomenal Property

The location is fantastic. The property is amazing and beautiful. We were well taken care of by security and housekeeping which are there ALL the time. There was a slight communication issue, but that is on us not speaking Spanish. Google translate works wonders. The room air conditioners truly work. We have been in tropical locations where it never really gets cool (or even cold). Not, here. Outside is hot and humid, but room temperatures are great. The main master bedroom is the size of a small apartment. There is plenty of room in this location. We could not recommend this property more!

Amazing Beach House!

My family, friends and I had a wonderful time in this Jaco beach house. The location was perfect for our surfers and all the rooms were fantastic! Attached bathrooms for all but one room provided a luxury that can't be understated.The large, well stocked kitchen and super long dinning table made cooking and eating meals a joy. The daily cleaner made cleanup easy. The nightly security guard was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone travelling to the Jaco area and would love to return.

We had a great vacation & loved the house and staff.

We stayed for 7 nights, and loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The owners were great to deal with and the houses staff was wonderful too (they don't speak much English, so knowing a little Spanish helps). The houses location was great, you're at the end of the beach so you're not surrounded by a bunch of commotion. I would definitely stay there again if we return to Jaco.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was a wonderful family vacation. We had events scheduled for almost every day, pure enjoyment. But the best part was our "home" in Jaco. Plenty of room for 12, right on the surfing end of the beach with a pool for family fun. We loved the place so much, we had most of our dinners right here. Within walking distance to the town and lovely shops and eateries. Marta kept our place spotless and yet was unobtrusive. My family would love to make this a yearly trip.

Best Vacation Ever

Jen and all of the crew were amazing. Mar(housekeeper) and Pablo (security guard) were always there to help with anything we needed! Diego(chef) came to the house and cooked the best meals!!! Fabian(property manager) booked all excursions & transportation. We were spoiled this whole week! I can’t thank Jen and the crew enough! This is a definite MUST book! We were truly spoiled this whole vacation !!

Best Vacation

Stayed here with 9 friends for my bachelor party. WE HAD A BLAST! Fabian who was a driver that the owner suggested picked us up from the airport and took great care of us throughout the trip. The staff at the house were great as well, always someone on site so never to worry. There was a maid that went through the house and cleaned up every morning. You have your own access to the beach, LIKE COMMMMMON!!! It was an amazing time and we couldn't ask for anything better. Amazing trip!

Awesome house and amazing host!!!

We stayed at this beautiful house for a week and we don't have enough words to describe how amazing and incredible it was, beginning with the owner Jen who was very generous, helpful and accommodating and ending with the house staff whom are very kind and lovely people. The house is extremely beautiful and well kept, with and amazing view of the whole Jaco Beach Bay that included a breath taking view of the sunset. The location couldn't be any more perfect since you are literally on the sand, just step out of the back gate and take 20 steps and your feet are wet. We could't be happier with our stay and would very much recommend this house over any other property I've ever stayed in.

Exceptional family stay

We were a family of 10, ranging in age from 72 to 2 and stayed November 23-30, 2019. This is a beautiful property exactly as described and even more impressive when you actually are there. Marta and Pablo were wonderful, especially to my grandchildren. We had Marisol prepare two dinners, our first night and after a long day at Manuel Antonio park. Both meals were exceptional, especially the salad the first night, and it was great to arrive tired and not have to worry about meal preparation. Having the ocean steps from the house made it easy to swim every day! I would highly recommend Joya de Pacifico for any large group and especially for families.

What can you say......words can't describe a property this amazing....I have been traveling to Costa Rica for 15 yrs and this was one of the best trips ever....this house is as good as it gets....not to mention the wonderful staff on site....Pablo and Marta were great....there when you needed them...please do yourself a favor if your headed to Costa Rica...rent this place, no way you could be disappointed.....the owners were always available via email and made this experience wonderful.....we went for my wife's 40th with a group of 8 and had the time of our lives.....truly can't say enough about the entire trip except it wouldn't have been the same if we stayed somewhere else.....

Perfect spot for Jaco - Secluded spot but right on the beach

This spot was absolutely perfect for our bachelor party. Every bedroom was well laid out, quiet, and best of all - AC in every room. We were a loud group, but since this house is so secluded we did not disturb anyone around us. The house is right on the beach so you could wake up and walk out right into the ocean, just a stone's throw away. There was a security guard who monitored the outside of the house at night, so you do not have to worry about any type of crime. In addition, the manager Nate is very responsive & friendly. He was even nice enough to give me a last minute ride back to the airport when my taxi did not show up - Such a life savor!

Best Location, Very spacious

This place was much better than we imagined. The location is the absolute best. You walk to the beach. And the beach is one of the best beaches I have ever seen; warm water, shallow sand beach—the perfect place for our family to get their first surfing lessons. The property manager arranged for all of our activities. that was another added benefit. You can talk to him when you check-in, and he can arrange everything for you. I recommend hiring Chef Diego for private dining. He is a top-notch chef. Communication with the owner and property manager was seamless. we also had daily, on demand cleaning which was great.

Simply Perfect Paradise

Our experience was nothing short of absolute perfection while staying in Jaco! The house, staff, amenities, and extras were everything and more than we could have ever wanted.
