- The house is a 3 floor in Mistico Comunidad de Playa, a 340 acres gated private condo with amazing amenities. Five minute drive or 10 min bike to Playa Hermosa. Direct access to lakes. Trails, horseback riding, access to Quebrada Amarilla mountain and waterfalls. Fifteen minutes to Jaco and Esterillos. In other words, it has it all for your peace, fun and, the most important, immersion with nature. Here you have beach, waves, lakes, waterfalls, trails and more. All at 1.5 hour from San Jose.
The house has 3 bedrooms in the first floor, all 3 with windows and master and secondary with access to terrace.Second floor has bathroom, fully equipped laundry, fully equipped kitchen and a 70+TV that will surprise you. Bog windows with native forest from central pacific Costa Rica. Third floor has the roof, pool, barbecue and open space. This house can fit up to 6 visitors comfortably.
On top of that, you will be inside a compound with 24/7 security, 4 rivers, 3 lakes and several trails.
