Our six-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath exclusive private mountain top villa is ideal for groups of any size and fills the desires of even the most discerning guest. Our villa boasts one of the best Pacific Ocean coastal views in the entire country, featuring spacious living areas, opulent amenities, and deluxe guest rooms. Our enticing living area offers plentiful relaxing areas and lends itself to achieving a fantastic space for get-togethers. Our six bedrooms are spacious while encompassing five en-suite full bathrooms and a wide variety of bed configurations to suit groups of any size. (Please be aware, our king beds convert to two singles and several rooms offer a pullout sofa if necessary.) Several bedrooms boast ocean views and provide private walk-out sliding doors and/or balconies to access the sun decks, pool and patio entertainment areas.
The ocean-view family/great room features comfortable seating, new 85" smart TV, pool table and foosball. This area boasts a large wet bar and is conveniently adjacent to the chandeliered dining room. Our expansive terrace and sparkling pool boast a magnificent ocean view fabulous for large group get-togethers. Our terrace offers plentiful seating, a sun-lounge deck, BBQ area, an infinity edge pool, plentiful outside sitting/dining areas, and jetted jacuzzi. (There is an additional fee to heat the jacuzz.
