Horrible, the place let me book a room & they are completely closed & remodeling.. no one was there .. no one would answer the phone.. thankfully Expedia helped me out Becauae it was late at night & I had been traveling all day & was exhausted.. So there was no stay , I’m waiting for Expedia to help me get the money back that they charged me fpr staying at there hotel when you can’t even conact them.. Horrible experience with blue palms ,I will never even look to stay there in the foreseeable future

This place had decent reviews but upon arriving in the room it was sub par to all the other places ive stayed. Uncomfortable beds, can hear everything going on, kids screaming people talking. Pay the extra little bit and upgrade to a nicer place! I spent $75 and regret not getting the $100 place next door that looked amazing.

So I liked that they didn't bother me daily with people knocking on the door asking about cleaning, it was by request. Seriously who needs clean towels and sheets daily. However, my only negative was the 1 cockroach that came from the hole of the a/c drain. Plugging it with foam do no creepy crawler can enter, is all it takes.

Hôtel propre, situé sur une route passante mais en retrait du centre très bruyant, 1er chambre proposée en rdc sans fenêtre seulement un porte en baie vitrée du coup 2nde chambre proposée à l'étage avec kitchenette plaques réchaud ne fonctionnaient pas bien, manque de prise, mal agencé.Personnel méfiant, empreinte de carte bleue, pas souriant...hôtel où nous étions pressés de partir au plus vite, la ville de Jaco n'est pas un lieu intéressant

Great little place to stay ... Good Location

This hotel went out of their way to accommodate our requests and were very friendly and most helpful. Their attention to cleanliness especially their pool and common walkways were above and beyond.

Not very secure

Lots of noise from the hotel next door. Room door was just a sliding glass door with a crappy lock...not very secure If you just need a crash pad ok...don't spend your vacation here
