This was a spacious property to accommodate a girls trip. The property is beautiful and gives you beach access directly across the street. The water was hot and the pool clean. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. Miro mountain is near the house with a beautiful overlook especially at sunset. The house could stand a good spring cleaning but the caretaker is available for any issues (we didn’t have any).

Great location convenient and private
Awesome place wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Very safe and secure, pool was nice on hot days, close to the beach and short Uber to downtown.

Amazing house in an amazing location
I cannot say enough good things about my stay in Costa Rica. The houses were beautiful, clean and the host was very helpful and responded quickly. She set me up with a 'guide' of sorts that helped us book outings and provided constant communication when i needed it. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Jaco!!! Thank you for letting my family stay at your beautiful house!

Nice safe home
Great home plenty of space and very secure. Only down fall was loud semi trucks on busy road in front. Didn’t bother me but my friend didn’t care for it as she was in smaller unit . Overall great home.

Perfect location for a family stay on the Pacific coast.
Beautiful property! Tropical lushness. One felt at home right away. Friendly host Alanna has decorated the house tastefully and provided every necessity and more required for the quests to enjoy their stay. Everything for cooking meals was there..The Pool was refreshing after a hot day. Having the care taker Jose on the property made us feel safe and secure. Wonderful central location from which to make day trips. Use of the resort across the highway was perfect for beach access and good,easy dining out. The only concern we had was that the coastal highway in front of the property has very busy traffic 24/7. Being from a very quiet rural area at home, we found the transport trucks using their engine braking at the foot of the hill made for some unpleasant noise. This is certainly not Alanna's fault . I would still highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Alanna for a great vacation home.
