I absolutely loved the fact that it’s right across from place Manoir and just a quick walk away from Lakou New York. I enjoyed everything about that hotel. I truly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it😊 Let’s not forget to mention the customer service there. The front desk ladies were fantastic, Cassie and the evening one (I forgot her name). They were very helpful and super friendly. Then the waitress

The property was clean. The room was spacious and bathroom was modern for haiti quality. The service was great. The property is in the middle of downtown jacmel but yet quiet. My wife and I had a great time.

Won't stay here again.
The hotel didn't have power, and no one addressed the issue. Our room was so hot because we couldn't turn on the AC. The restaurant advertises pizza, they didn't have pizza. The manager just apologized but didn't do anything to rectify the issues.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to meet your requirements. Pizza is only served on weekends. and at the moment because of the curfew and covid 19 we're running on a reduced staff. for the electricity we got a note at the front desk saying that we will be shutting down two times during the day for maintenance of our generator. Thank you
