Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, the bedroom holds a king bed while the living area features a sofa that pulls out into a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress. Fresh linens and storage make it easy to settle in and rest well between days by the water.

Outdoor living
The terrace opens directly to ocean views, a natural place to sit with a coffee as the morning light catches the water or to watch the sky change color toward evening. Sliding glass doors bring the sea breeze inside, and direct beach access means the Atlantic is always a short walk away.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals in, and the dining table keeps things casual and communal. The open layout stays bright throughout the day, making it a comfortable spot for breakfast before heading to the beach.

Living spaces
The kitchen, dining, and living areas connect in one open, light-filled interior. A 75" TV with Fubo TV provides easy evenings in, and Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort throughout all seasons.

Bathroom
A walk-in shower, hair dryer, and bathroom essentials round out the practical comforts of the condo.

Neighborhood
The condo sits along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, close to coastal dining and boutique shopping. TPC Sawgrass and The Yards are nearby - while this property is not part of TPC or Sawgrass, and does not include access to any community amenities, the TPC Golf Course and The Yards are semi-private venues where guests can independently call ahead to book tee times, pickleball, or tennis courts for a fee. St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are both within a short drive for those wanting to explore further. Free parking for one vehicle (assigned spot) and keypad self check-in make every arrival simple.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property.
