Summary:
1/2 MILE FROM JAX BEACH PIER! Your freshly renovated suite is the perfect location. SUPER CLEAN AND NO CONTACT CHECK IN. You are walking distance from many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the sand. Covered parking, washer, dryer are included. Less than 5 miles away from the Mayo Clinic. Your luxurious suite is very clean and has a modern, coastal vibe. I am also a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent if you are looking to move to the Jacksonville area and would like to check out any houses!

The Space:
Perfect location for everything you need. It is walking distance from coffee shops, grocery stores, the pier, and Jax beach's most popular bars. This clean and freshly renovated suite includes all new flooring and furniture. The queen size bed with tempur-pedic mattress includes a trundle twin size bed underneath. This place has a beach towels, smart TV and fast Wi-Fi!
The kitchenette is complete with a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, glasses, microwave and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest book with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots.
There is a closet with a suitcase rack, clothes hangers and room for your belongings!
The beautiful spa like white bathroom is complete with 3 luxury towels, shampoo, soap, LED light up mirror, bluetooth speaker and a hair dryer!
There is an outside bistro table perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the ocean breeze!
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.
Their is a smart T.V., so you can connect through Apps like Netflix, Comcast, Xfinity, Hulu, Etc.
We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. There is a Publix grocery store on Beach Blvd .5 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Cute beach cottage

Short stay in Jax Beach but a very cute and clean studio. Perfect for 2. Close to beach, restaurants, etc. Check in and out super easy and accurate photos. Would stay here again :)

Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood, and very close and walkable to many different restaurants. The cottage was cute, clean, and had everything we needed! The check in and check out processes were easy. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we were very very pleased. Thank you!!

The ad Sai’s the place sleeps 3, never did it show the little pull out under the only bed there. When we pulled it out dead bugs came out with it. My child woke up with a rash all over her body. According to the doctor it was some type of bed mites or dust mites.

I came to Jacksonville for a Mayo ClinicAppointment. It was a quick drive to Mayo. The property was in a safe and quiet area. The studio was as listed on Vbro with no issues.

Perfect Getaway

This place was absolutely amazing. It’s perfect for a couple or a single traveler. I stayed an entire week and didn’t want to leave. I’m appalled at the 3 star review, everything was very clean and modern, and the towels and bedding were very fresh. If I could live there, I absolutely would. I will definitely be staying here if I come back to Jacksonville Beach!

Nice for short visit.

Nice decor, near beach (walking distance) lots to do in the surrounding areas, easy to find. Could have used a few more clothes hangers and not much storage space for clothing. Worked okay for a short trip (2 nights) but would need a larger space with more storage capacity for a longer stay.
