Good location. Easy walk to a lovely beach. Pool good. Tennis court in rough shape and pickle ball court not useable. Clean condo. Basics like toilet paper, one roll paper towels, a couple of pouches of laundry and dish detergent. One trash bag. Would have been nice to have a dish sponge to wash pots after cooking, and a broom. Two rinky dinky beach chairs, no beach towels, no umbrella, no cooler - bring your own stuff. I am not holding that against the owners, although I have stayed in many beach condos where those extras were provided- I’m only mentioning so others will know not to expect those beach extras. A lot of lights on outside at night made the bedroom very bright, difficult for me to sleep, and could hear noise from upstairs neighbors often during the night. I think it was priced accordingly. Would stay again. We enjoyed Amelia.
