  • This spacious, 3 bedroom, ground-floor condominium is located in the spectacular, gated, private community of Sawgrass Country Club. Take a virtual tour of our community by going to the Sawgrass Country Club website.

    Our condominium is located on the famed East Course, number seven green. Walk, bike, drive the golf cart (rental fee) 880 yards to the Beach Club. We have a gorgeous water to golf to water view. Live comfortably in our 2000 Square foot, Ground Floor, single level condominium. You will find every amenity you would want in your own home.
    Guest have access to our community swimming pool.

    We have wireless internet and a very robust lineup of Xfinity TV channels,

    Ponte Vedra Beach is one of the few beaches that are dog friendly, 24/7. One small dog is allowed with prior approval and a modest fee.
