Margarita Villa Modern Home with Partial Ocean Views 3BR/2.5BA

See, hear and walk to the ocean from this single family home just a block off the beach! Home includes beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. Great home for a beach getaway! This home features 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in downstairs den area. 2 1/2 Baths.

Walking in the lower level, you will enter a small sitting area with TV and small full sized sleeper sofa. Further in on the ground level, you will find one guest room with queen sized bed and TV and one guest room with king sized bed and TV. These sleeping areas all share one bathroom on the ground level. The king bedroom has direct access to the shared bath and also has direct access to the patio outside. There is also a laundry area on this floor as well.

Upstairs, on the second floor, you will find the open living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is a full gourmet kitchen complete with gas cooktop. All of this is open to the dining and living area. There is a half bath on this level, off of the living area. There is also an ocean facing balcony on this level, just off the living room.

In the back of the home on the second floor, the primary bedroom suite is just off of the kitchen. This room has a king bed and TV and large master bath with huge shower.

Outside there is a paver patio with plenty of seating and a grill. Home also has a garage and is just steps to the Atlantic Ocean and the 6th Avenue North beach access next to Margaritaville.

The convenience of the location of this property enables you to enjoy all that Jax Beach has to offer within walking distance! There are many restaurants and bars in the area including the Casa Marina Hotel and Rooftop Bar, Margaritaville Hotel and walk to The Refinery restaurant and market.

Long weekend stay

Well located, a block from the ocean. Pricing was good, well equipped. One suggestion, you show coffee in the picture, it wasn't provided. It was a nice place.

Great house close to the Beach

The property was just as advertised. Very close to the beach. Clean, spacoius, even had all the beach toys available in the garage. Would highly recommend.

Run for the sun

My husband and my sons were running the annual summer beaches run near here. This location was perfect for the race and for any other beach related activities we did. Easy short walk to the beach and all necessary equipment to enjoy the beach were provided. The house was beautiful and very technology advanced. The layout was perfect for our grown family. Communication with the property management company was easy and efficient. We would stay here again tomorrow.

Perfect in so many ways

Margarita Villa is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you might need at every turn. The furnishings, kitchen ware and supplies, and beds are all high quality. Beds are very comfortable as are the living room couches. Dining table and chairs along with a large island made the space complete. The front balcony with a little view of the ocean with seats for four is private, yet one can people watch and enjoy the breeze at the same time. The back patio is complete with seating areas and a BBQ grille - it was great for our small gatherings; while being private to the outside. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenient location.

Great Beach Stay

Margarita Villa was beautiful and just as pictured. The location was perfect. Steps to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Kevin was very helpful and accommodating. There were even games and beach chairs available for use. We would definitely book here again.

Decor was modern and everything we needed was provided. There were beach towels and a buggy to carry all of our beach essentials. The beach was much closer that we anticipated and the walk was only a few minutes. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again in the future!

4th of July in Jax Beach

Great central location to all Jax Beach has to offer and only a block to the beach! Very clean and nicely decorated- our family really enjoyed our stay. The garage was a bonus to store our bikes.

Loved Every Minute!

I loved everything about this house! From the balcony to the location. Everything about our stay was amazing! My 18 year old got to lay out in back while my 6 year old played in the outside shower. The neighbors were also very friendly. We loved the Deliecomb restaurant right on the corner and such close access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental!

Long weekend with family

My husband and I stayed here with our daughters (2 and 4) and my husband’s mother for a long weekend. The beach was just a short walk and easily accessible with our wagon. The house was clean and set up nicely for our party. The fenced in patio was nice for young children. The location was excellent.

Location is very nice, we could walk to Deck the Chairs, pier, lots of restaurants, beach etc. Layout of the house is also great.Some issues with check-in and out procedures. Never received ANY info on those procedures after signing contract 3 months earlier. Would be nice to receive an email a week before to verify everything and let you know the process. Not sure if it is because we booked through Marriott. Had to track them down through the realtor as apparently there was an issue with the 800 number and my messages were not being responded to. Also was charged a deposit through Marriott that I'm waiting to be refunded. Check-out procedures were also non existent. Had to text to find out what we were expected to do - empty trash? clean dishes? time? linens? That could be posted or left with wifi flyer at the house. Hopefully they will straighten out these issues.

Absolute Fantastic Property

Perfect spot to take in Jax beach and surrounding area. Bring the bikes, def bike friendly area. No complaints, house was as advertised and a very short walk to beach.
