Thank you for considering our 5th-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa nestled on the grounds of the Omni Amelia Island Resort in Florida. We are a great fit for a family, romantic getaway, girls weekend, golf trips, or just a much needed get-a-way alone!

Our spacious condo is designed to provide a home-like comfort while indulging you with a luxurious resort ambiance. The panoramic views from our 25-ft long balcony are simply breathtaking, extending from the living room, dining area, and kitchen to both bedrooms. The only room without an ocean view is the laundry room! Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs for your entertainment. We prioritize your comfort, providing high-quality towels and sheets, and ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, a drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Upon request, we can arrange for a Porta-Crib and infant booster seat for your convenience.

For your enjoyment, we strive to keep beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach/pool accessories in our condo's storage closet.

Please note that while our complex features an elevator, there are still stairs to access our condo door. Regrettably, we are not a handicap accessible complex.

As your host, I am committed to providing prompt assistance throughout your stay. Should you need anything, our cleaners, handymen, and contractors are readily available, residing on the island.

Guests renting our property can enjoy access to the resort's amenities, including walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, and putt-putt. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at various courses nearby, including Oak Marsh. Additionally, kayak, bike, and golf cart rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

While our property is not affiliated with Omni Amelia Island Resort, you are welcome to enjoy the on-site restaurants, shops, and spa, as well as the pickle ball courts and basketball court at Drummond Point Park. Please note that access to the Omni Resort's hotel pool, tennis courts, and fitness center is not included with this rental, although Shipwatch offers its own private pool, heated seasonally.
