Quick getaway
Great location, near Neptune Beach. Pool with slide was lots of fun! Clean, quiet location. Coffee, pool towels, toiletries, board and card games available for us to use. Adam was a fantastic host, helpful and available but never obtrusive. Would stay again 🙂

We loved the tranquility of the pool and the neighborhood. Close to everything we needed/wanted. Would definitely stay ahain. Highly recommend for 2 person getaway!

Great Location
We truly enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The owner was super nice and helpful. He was very quick to respond. My boyfriend and I felt like it was the perfect size for the two of us. There was not a traditional kitchen but we didn’t mind since we enjoy eating out while on vacation. The pool was amazing and the one night my two young kids stayed with us they thought it was heaven. We our already thinking about renting again here for a long weekend in October. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful, with many plants and flowers both inside and outside. It’s obvious that Adam takes pride in maintaining his property and enjoys gardening, which I, my sister and my daughter all appreciate! The rooms have a comfortable, fun vibe. Thank you to Adam for a nice, relaxing stay.

Girls trip
Host was accommodating, answering texts quickly. He was all about giving guests their privacy. The property was well equipped, The place is very neat and clean. The pool was nice. The cats were friendly.
