Great location and very cozy. Visited with my family to spend the weekend with my son. The place is conveniently located near the grocery store and local shopping, making it easy to stock up on necessities. Very easy to communicate with the host for any needs. Awesome experience all around.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was charming and clean. No issues at all. Location is convenient to all the Ponte Vedra stuff, as well as a quick ride up to Jax Beach. Would book again!

Charming and cozy. Very stocked bathroom and many kitchen needs. Wonderful location. Quiet, safe neighborhood but only 2 mins from the main strip that takes you everywhere. Sarah from Coastal management was great to work with. Even checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Would rent again.

place was clean but shabby. Patio was very dirty & light out. microwave had no handle & couldn't use. rather dark, need better lighting. really needs renovation. very odd layout & decor, MBR bed VERY high, other bed has a foam mattress on frame, no box spring. needs landscaping in back (dead plants) location good, very accessible.

This is an older home with some updating. Old furniture, original kitchen cabinets. The house is clean and it was ok for a 2 night stay but below the standard we are used to in Ponte Vedra. The bed in the master bedroom is super high and no footstool was provided. The mattress was comfortable though. The TV in the master did not work well. Also no fresh coffee was provided.

Clean and comfortable furnishings. The walk in shower in master bedroom is very nice. The location is quiet and perfect for everything the area has to offer.The master bedroom tv needs to be replaced and relocated. It is like watching a cartoon- you can not adjust the picture to make the picture clear. I would also consider moving the tv where the chest is. If you are are the opposite side of the bed lying down you can’t see over the person laying next to you. The house was wonderful and we have no complaints. Only posting so owner is aware and can address tv replacement and location.

Beautiful home

The host was very welcoming and had a quick response to all our needs and concerns . The home was beautiful and clean. Was loving the master bedroom. Huge shower reminded me of our home. Everything was spacious from kitchen, living to bedroom. If in area again would definitely stay again. Sarah was so friendly and understanding. Very considerate might i add.

Golf Trip

It was perfect for our needs. Owner over communicated which was great and also was able to get us checked in early before our round. They wanted to make sure we had all we need for our stay. Will consider again if we are down in that area.
