The PV Clubhouse welcomes you to experience the charm of Old Ponte Vedra!  Conveniently located in the heart of Old PV, close to the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, boutique shopping, dining, and just a short walk to the neighborhood beach.

This fully furnished, well-appointed, completely renovated single-family home features 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and enough space for the entire family in the large family room with a 65” TV, a separate den with a 55" TV, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The home also has a separate laundry area and a 2-car garage.  Dog(s) Only Allowed (2 Maximum), With Pre-Approval & Pet Fees. See Disclaimer Below.

The newly renovated kitchen features all new stainless appliances and all new housewares from glasses to the smallest kitchen amenity. This kitchen has everything a family needs to prepare an afternoon snack to a holiday meal for the entire family. Enjoy the private backyard and paver patio where you can feel the breezes and the sounds of the ocean while you grill your favorite foods and relax from all the day’s activities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were In town for a conference where the host hotel did not have any rooms available. The house totally satisfied what we needed and allowed us to bring our two small pups with us that we would have had to make arrangements for at home or a boarding location. House was close enough for kids to ride bikes we had delivered to the house to the beach and resort where conference was being held. We found the house very clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and updated, and a kitchen with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again should need arise.
