Great Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at Jeni's condo. The condo was clean, comfortable and bright. The location was really great. We enjoyed walking and biking on the trails that were right behind the complex and there were plenty of restaurants a short drive away. We also enjoyed the amenities (pool, tennis courts, workout room). We would definitely return!

Beautiful view, perfect Winter escape

We loved our stay, great location and wonderful accommodations! Townhouse is even better than the pictures! Loved the ocean views and sitting on the balcony, so relaxing. Pool and work-out room close to unit and nice. Jeni was wonderful to interact with and very responsive. We will stay here again!

Sailmaker Condo on Amelia Island

Love coming to Amelia Island!Three bedroom condo which was very clean except the carpet needed attention. Most of the condo had been updated except for the upstairs bathroom sinks/vanities. The master bed was very comfortable as was the furniture in the main living and dining areas. New appliances in the kitchen were nice. Communication with the host was good. This is a great area to stay on the island!

Amazing stay on Amelia Island

We really enjoyed our stay here! Jeni was wonderful to communicate with, and the condo was perfect for our family. Beautiful views of the sunrise every morning from the balcony, just a short walk over the dune to the beach and extremely quiet and comfortable area. We enjoyed the pool, cooking in the beautiful well appointed kitchen and enjoying the comfortable and safe area.

Updated and tidy beachfront unit

Fantastic location and access to the community pool as well as the beach. The rooms were updated and had a great view of the coast eith all the typical homw amenities. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get away from it all while still being easy distnace from great shops and restaurants.

This condo worked out very well for our girls trip! We were a group of five so the three bedroom/3 bath arrangement was helpful. The condo was very clean and quiet and was equipped with everything we needed. We all enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Birthday weekend

My family and I stayed at the condo for a long weekend for a birthday celebration. The condo was perfect! Clean, centrally located, great views of the beach, quiet atmosphere, very nice amenities! The owner checked on us to make sure we were good- great customer service! I will definitely come back for another stay! 5 Stars!

A Beautiful Beachfront Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeni's beautiful unit. With more updated and modern accommodations, this rental is tastefully decorated and provides a calm atmosphere--perfect for a vacation. The beachfront location is ideal, and the neighboring adjacent pool includes amenities such as towels and a snack bar. Communication with Jeni was easy, as she was always one text away. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again.

Beautiful Condo! Great Location!

The place was spacious enough for our group of 6 for the weekend. There are two en suite bathrooms and the queen has the bathroom just outside the bedroom door. There are beach chairs provided and the balcony is larger than many others in the complex. The host is very responsive and helpful! There are rabbits and gopher tortoises in the dunes that can be spotted while walking to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

This was just what my family was looking for - a place to come together to relax and enjoy the holiday. Beautiful view and easy walk to the beach over the boardwalk. Plenty of room for us and our three kids in their 20’s. They took advantage of the tennis courts and gym. The condo was clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Jeni was a great host. She communicated clearly everything we needed to know, which made check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fernandina review

Our host Jeni was terrific. The property was well stocked although we did top it up with more hangars and wine glasses but that wasn’t too big of a deal. The space is so comfortable, the view is gorgeous and I would highly recommend this condo and Jeni as a VRBO host. We had access to the gym which had been newly renovated - small but extremely efficient and great pickleball courts (4 of them) and a tennis court within 3 minutes. We loved it all!!!

Great View and Location!

Pros: Wonderful view of the ocean and sand dunes.Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for our family of adults. Private space for everyone as well as roomy common areas. Access to both pools, workout room, pickleball courts.Hiking and bike paths right behind the unit.Beach chairs and umbrellas greatly appreciated. Having a deck was awesome with great views.Cons: Staying for 8 nights, we hoped for comfortable beds. They were very firm/hard. I stayed in the master, however, I was unable to sleep on the king mattress without having a lot of pain. I slept on the couch those 8 nights which was quite comfortable thankfully. My other family members stated their mattresses were uncomfortable also. This would be the only reason we would not stay in this particular unit again. Never did get the fan figured out in the master, we even tried different batteries. Jeni did try to help with this matter. She was responsive to any questions I had.Amelia Island is a special place, our 2nd time visiting and staying at Sailmaker Condos.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend from Friday to Monday and we enjoyed our time. The Condo itself was very clean and the listing was accurate. The kitchen was very roomy and the appliances were new and nice. The pantry had random food in it so I am not sure whose food it was but it did limit the space that we could put our food. The master bedroom upstairs was very nice and the room across the hall from the master bedroom with the twin beds was nice and roomy but the bedroom downstairs on the same level of the kitchen with the queen bed was very small and the bathroom is across the hall so that was not as nice. The porch was nice after the sun went past the building. The condo itself seems really crowded with the coffee table in the living room so we moved it behind the love seat and it make it much nicer. We also moved the two chairs around so that we could move around easier. It was nice to have the beach chairs that we could take down to the shore. We went to the pool once and it was nice too. It is quite a hike to the beach - not terrible but not close. All in all we had a nice time and the condo is as described.
