Unlock your dream coastal getaway with this 3rd-floor oceanfront villa at Sea Dunes, on the extensive grounds of the Amelia Island Plantation! It includes two bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms, a private balcony, an updated kitchen, and cozy living area. Guests can enjoy the Sea Turtle Pool, which has been toted as the largest private swimming pool of any condo complex on the island.

Start your day with beautiful sunrise views over the Atlantic Ocean and relish the short 3-minute walk right out to the beach access behind the building. Situated on the south end of Amelia Island, the coastline is cleaner, quieter, and more serene for lounging, exercising, or exploring. Sometimes the only entertainment will be dolphin pods, diving ospreys, and shrimp boats out at sea.

On the gated resort grounds, explore the miles of paved biking or walking trails, schedule a tee time at the Oak Marsh golf course (or just show up at the Little Sandy short course), shop at the boutiques and art gallery, get pampered at the spa, or dine at one of the eateries.

The property also features access to double tennis courts and pickleball courts just across the street.

This rental includes all bed and bath linens, starter supplies, flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room, a washer and dryer for laundry, high speed wireless internet, and a remote work space. There is free outdoor parking, racks for storing bikes, and some beach/pool equipment.

My favorite place

I really love this place I have been to Amelia island many times but This place provides the best quiet and it’s perfect for my spouse and I. It’s clean and peaceful for the most part . We really love the ocean view especially from the shower doors. Definitely coming back to this place ..
