Living space
Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this entire condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in a layout that feels open and easy to settle into. The main living area invites you to gather, with comfortable seating and a Streaming Tv for relaxed evenings indoors. Sliding doors connect the space to your private balcony, extending your living area outdoors. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support comfort throughout the year, while a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad provide added convenience and privacy.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your balcony to take in ocean views and coastal breezes at any time of day. Direct beach access via a private boardwalk makes it simple to head down to the shoreline whenever you like. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - are provided to make your time by the water even easier.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a full space where you can cook your own meals and gather at the dining table or breakfast bar. Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast before the beach or sitting down to dinner after a full day out, the layout supports shared mealtimes without leaving the comfort of the condo.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony, allowing soft natural light to filter in each morning. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with convenient access to an additional full bathroom. A separate half bath adds flexibility for guests. Bed linens, bathroom essentials, and an in-unit washer and dryer help support both short stays and longer visits.

Parking & practical features
Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - is available for your stay. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected if needed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are in place for added peace of mind.

Neighborhood
Set in Jacksonville Beach, you’re positioned right by the shoreline while remaining close to local dining, shops, and attractions. With ocean views from your balcony and the beach just steps away, each day naturally settles into a relaxed coastal rhythm shaped by the sound of the surf.

This property requires a two (2) week minimum rental.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Two-week minimum rental required by HOA.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
