Thank you for your interest in our 3 bedroom, 3 bath luxury condo at Ocean Place Resort in Amelia Island. My condo has qualified and been awarded the Prestige Property Winner and a Premier Partner status for VRBO many years in a row.

We continue to book our unit more than expected. That's what happens when you have the nicest unit in the best Oceanfront complex at the best rate.

Please note that during the week of July 4th and during the Concours car show (Normally the first weekend in March), we are limited to only one parking pass per unit.

Our 3bd/3ba ‘oceanfront condo’ located in the Ocean Place Resort located next to the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida. My condo is one of Amelia Island's & Summer Beach's OCEANFRONT luxury condos available for rent. It is in the GATED OCEAN PLACE RESORT CONDOS. Our spacious (1995 sq. feet) 6th floor condo is decorated and flows just like a home ~ to ensure that you feel comfortable during your vacation, and at the same time get that ‘I’m in a luxurious resort’ feeling! The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanities and it’s own access to the balcony. One of the secondary bedrooms offers a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom offer a queen-sized bed and a set of twin bunks with it’s own bathroom. Our condo sits in the north corner of Ocean Place Resort, so it is filled with amazing ocean views: from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the breakfast area, as well as the master bedroom. Our over-sized balcony overlooks the Ritz Carlton’s garden area and Amelia Islands gorgeous beach and ocean views. We offer SMART T.V.'s in each bedroom and the living room. Our condo includes comfortable towels and our sheets are high quality, so you will rest easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with any of your cooking needs and is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a normal drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We can add a Porta-Crib and high-chair ~ upon request.

The Ocean Place Resort includes 2 pool and deck areas, 2 private-elevated boardwalks to the beach and access to walking and biking pathways.
There are multiple golf courses and a tennis facility close by, as well.

We try our best to keep beach chairs & umbrellas, small beach toys and other ‘beachy/pooly’ fun items in our condo’s storage closet for you to enjoy!

As our guest you can take advantage of the restaurants, shopping or spa at the Ritz and even golf at a discounted rate at the Golf Club of Amelia Island.

I’m happy to be directly available for any and all needs you have during your stay. My goal is to provide quick-action and attention to you ~ so our cleaners, ‘handy’ mans, and other contractors are readily available, as they live on the island in case you need them.
