Amelia Island Getaways features this luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that is perched in an absolutely perfect location at 401 Ocean Park. This lovely condo is located on the 4th (top) floor, on the southern corner offering beautiful views of the Ocean, Fort Clinch State Park, and Main Beach Park. The beautiful spacious balcony provides perfect viewing of any Main Beach Park outdoor concerts, festivities, or for just watching your kids play in the park from the balcony. The airy oceanic view is enhanced from the layout with windows on 3 of the 4 sides allowing each bedroom to have at least two windows. Finally, the 500 SF wraparound balcony provides guests with both sun and shade throughout the day.

Each of the plush bedrooms offer new bedding and new LED TVs with Comcast and wifi connection to stream Netflix, Pandora, etc. The elegant Master Bedroom has a king bed, and each of the two other spacious bedrooms each have a queen bed. The Master Bath has a double vanity sink, large tiled shower, and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen utensils. Feel free to look out the window while cooking breakfast to see turtles and/or deer feeding in the park below. The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer; towels and bed linens are all provided. Another plus is access to an oversized (16x28) one-car parking garage exactly adjacent to the elevator for easy access to the condo. In the garage you will find beach chairs, and other beach items for your use. Guests have access to a beautiful pool and hot tub. Lounge chairs, tables with chairs, and umbrellas are also provided in the pool/spa area.

The paint and décor are extremely updated leaving every guest feeling like they are the first to enjoy this beautiful vacation getaway. There is no clutter or excess furniture or unnecessary décor, just plenty of space and comfort for our guests to have the most enjoyable, and memorable, vacation for hopefully years to come. Our spacious living room features a 50' Smart High Definition LED TV which has wifi enabled for streaming Netflix, Pandora, etc. You won't be disappointed with cellular and/or wifi connections in this location because it is on the top floor. Your kids can bring their video games and be up and running in minutes from any room.

Ocean Park is an exclusive 96-unit residential development located on peaceful Amelia Island, adjacent to Fort Clinch State Park. This wonderful seaside 3 bedroom condominium is only a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Amelia Island beach. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is a short two-mile drive, bike, jog, or walk away. There you will find quaint shops and most of the best restaurants on the island. This condo location is an active lifestyle guest's dream come true for those interested in mountain biking, road cycling, kayaking, running, boating, and fishing. Fort Clinch State Park is right in your back yard offering hiking, fishing, cycling, etc. Egan's Creek Greenway is less than 1/2 mile away where you can explore the outdoors on foot or via bike with miles and miles of exploration and adventure. Exactly as advertised. Well equipped condo with nice furnishings. Great proximity to beach and restaurants. Nice pool as well. Could use a few more bath towels, but that was our only criticism. Was a great trip!

Beautiful place

Was awesome to be able to see the ocean (even though it’s not oceanfront) , Patio was big and nice to sit on and enjoy the views,the pool was also nice. Was clean and decorated cute! Communication was great, check in was easy and having beach chairs to use was a plus! Will be back!!

Beautiful place! The wrap around balcony with the ocean view was my favorite. Overall everything was nice and clean. check- in and check out was very easy. I definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait to come back again.

This property was outstanding. The property manager was outstanding. The property was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect and the views outstanding. Here is a 5-star review:"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this stunning 3-bedroom condo! The surround ocean views took our breath away every morning, and the spacious wrap-around balcony was perfect for our family to enjoy quality time together. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach or the playground. With four children, we were a bit worried about finding a place that could accommodate us comfortably, but this condo had plenty of room to spare. The only thing that would've made our stay even better was if there had been a crib available for our littlest one. However, that's just a minor suggestion - overall, we were thoroughly impressed with this beautiful condo and can't wait to come back!" 5/5 stars

The porch!!!

Condo is big with beautiful views! Corner porch was our favorite! Morning coffee, evening chats and good reading spot. Big kitchen. Primary bedroom has comfortable bed and good shower. Only issues were the parking. It’s a little walk to the elevators but manageable. Elevator was down a few times but there are several others plus stairs. Could use a few new pots and pans and garbage disposal rattled then quit but not major problems. All in all, beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful balcony

The condo was a beautiful top corner unit in a nice building with a great location. It was clean and bright and the layout was perfect for 2 couples. We loved the view and the spacious balcony! The beds in the secondary bedrooms were not that comfortable - definitely seemed like they could use updating. Also the listing stated they are queen beds but they definitely were full (one of the couples had to split up and sleep in separate rooms because the beds were too small and not comfortable for 2.). The Wi-Fi seemed to be shared with other units and was weak - which was a problem in evenings when everyone was watching their smart TVs. The signal went in and out quite a bit. Overall it was a great stay - we loved the area and the town of Fernandina beach.

This property is stunning! Close to the beach and within walking distance to one restaurant and quick drive to others. Also quick drive to the historic district. We enjoyed the wrap around balcony and view! Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable and relaxing

My son, his 3 children and I stayed at the property for a week. Although this was probably the hottest week in the area this summer, we were very comfortable. The condo was cozy, well stocked and clean. The pool was just right for all. The beach was basically across the street and the views were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to other families.

2025 Beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. This unit was so nice. Very roomy for our family. Large balcony was so nice. We spent alot of time out there. Beach was close. Some days we walked. Others, we loaded our trunk & drove to a beach access on Ocean Ave. They have nice boardwalks there. We were able to pull our beach cart easily and keep in the garage at the condo.

Spacious, clean property with great view.

We had a great time spending a holiday weekend here. The property is ideally situated walking distance to the beach and is a short drive from downtown Fernandina Beach.
