Looking for a fabulous seaside getaway? This ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom seaside retreat, is just steps away from the pristine Amelia Island beach! Discover the perfect setting for a little rest and relaxation or family get away.
Enjoy sea breezes, the sound of ocean waves, and breathtaking ocean views while you sit on the private, covered balcony. Sand Dollar Villas has a large salt water pool, outdoor rinsing shower and private walkway to the beach.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a washer and dryer. Living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa.
Sand Dollar Villas is located just minutes from historic downtown Fernandina Beach as well as many fantastic restaurants, eclectic shops and incredible night life.
Don't forget to look for sharks' teeth while you are here! Searching for sharks’ teeth in Fernandina Beach is a habitual! The coastal activity has turned into a tradition here and it’s fun, free, and family-friendly.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Easily accessible and quiet building. The ease of getting to the beach and area restaurants was great. We saw the most wonderful sunrises every morning.

Great location with water views and easy access to the beach. The condo was clean, well equipped and as described. We had a small problem with the heat but Denise responded quickly and had someone there the next day to repair it.

Wonderful, seaside getaway!

This wonderful, seaside getaway was exactly what we wanted and needed! Excellent location to everything on Amelia Island, beautiful view of the ocean, steps away from the beach, well maintained property and the condo is quaint, comfortable and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

Friendly atmosphere

Great location, close to many good restaurants. Beautiful beach and we are now hooked on shark teeth hunting. We totally enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sand dollar. Condo was really clean and very comfortable. Parking at the condo was really tight for a crew cab F250 but was manageable. Amelia Island is beautiful. Fernandina was very nice. Fort clinch was awesome to visit.

First time at Amelia Island

The beach at Amelia Island is incredibly beautiful. I loved how all of the buildings on the beach are set way back off the beach in order to protect the very healthy dunes. Our unit was great - very clean and orderly with everything we needed for a great vacation. We discovered some really nice restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed our time!

We loved the property! Once we got settled, we had a good time. We loved the quick access to the beach and the pool right outside. We were thankful for the elevator! The master bed was very comfortable, which was a great plus! We will definitely come back!

Condo was spotless and on the water; roomy 2 BR, 2 bath directly non the Atlantic Ocean; close but not too close to Fernandina Beach; had every conceivable thing you might need or want for a 5 day stay; highly recommend this property; we will return in the future

Beachside Amelia island

We had an amazing time at Denise and Ryan’s beach side condo. It was on the first floor; an easy walk up from covered parking. Cute and cozy, it had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and owners were super quick via text with any questions we had. We would 100% return and recommend!

Just lovely!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Denise's property. It's in a perfect location and even had a view of the sunset from the bed! It was clean and as described on the listing. She was responsive in answering questions that arose. We loved being able to walk down and be on the beach in a matter of moments. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful time!

We loved our stay here! We woke up to a beautiful sunrise each morning from our room. Our young children loved having a pool and beach just steps away (and of course they found the kids books/toys!). And the beach itself was filled with so many perfect shells for collecting. No shark teeth this trip so we’ll have to come back and try again. Thank you, Denise, for the open communication and opening up your home to us!

Location, Location, Location

Property is well situated and convenient to all that Fernandina Beach offers. Building is an older property and it shows. However, it doesn't affect the experience. Our rental was well equipped with the basics. Some may find the high dining table and high balcony table uncomfortable, as did my wife who has arthritis and back issues. Property has a very nice pool, and access to the beach is very easy via the raised walkway. The price was reasonable and competitive.
