**Due to zoning laws a minimum 30 day rental is required. Enjoy a stylish quiet experience at this brand new mid-century beach bungalow 4 blocks from historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Walk to dinner, the marina, and the weekend farmer's market. The home has modern comfortable furnishings and top of the line mattresses for amazing sleep! There is reverse osmosis drinking water (hot and cold). Walk or drive to the beach a few miles west to catch a gorgeous sunrise or ocean swim.

The home has three bedrooms, one of which serves as a private office with an ergonomic chair. Every detail for comfortable living is provided down to comfortable linens and bedding, multiple types of coffee makers, an outdoor shower, beach gear in the single car garage, TV in the master bedroom, multiple outdoor patios, plenty of fresh towels and a cleaning service during your stay if requested.
