My family was in a tight spot thanks to another hotel nearby. The owner Ozzy went above and beyond to help us when he didn't have to. It's hard to find decent people anymore, but he and his staff restored my faith in humanity that day. This property was safe, quiet and affordable. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

Checkin process was quick. The room didn’t have a working ac and they said they didn’t have any other rooms to move us to. Had to go to another hotel and waiting for a refund

They allow pet to stay free. Rooms are clean, but they don't clean floors. Overall, the property needs an upgrade. First night the room (king) had a kitchen sink that was running and couldn't be turned off. Even the shut-off valves under the sink wouldn't turn it off. The window AC unit was busted with all the buttons broken and embedded like someone had beaten it with a hammer. 2nd night they allowed an exchange to a smaller queen room. It was ok, but a downgrade. If the facility was fully rehabbed, the prices would be higher, so you get what you pay for.

I did not get the king size bed I reserved, the toilet took forever to fill between flushes and when we tried to turn the water up on the toilet it just leaked everywhere so we had to turn it way back down low kNew I didn't even want to bother asking for help. There was obviously someone doing caulking in the bathroom It was everywhere all over the floor the fixtures definitely uncalled for and it was still wet around the door frame going into the bathroom and coming out of the bathroom. Not impressed with the room at all only hard chairs that was set up with a table cemented to the floor. Will definitely st at elsewhere next time in town

when we got to the room there were still dirty towels from the previous guest and the nightstand was filled with ash which left a strong smell of smoke in the whole room, you could also tell the room had probably not been cleaned at all since there were several piles of pennies on the floor
