Welcome to our tranquil 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat, perfectly located just across Highway 24 from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Nestled between the Piney Green gate and the Main gate, this cozy home offers quick access to the base while providing a peaceful escape in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and a microwave for your convenience. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. Relax on the small cement patio with outdoor chairs, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not functional.

This private home is one half of a duplex, sharing a single common wall, but it is exclusively yours to enjoy. We kindly ask guests to respect the no-party rule, as we value the peacefulness of our neighborhood.

With easy access to Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, and nearby beaches, this is an ideal location for work or leisure. While public transportation in Jacksonville is limited, having a car is highly recommended for your convenience.
