We LOVED the staff and especially Amy that was the Master of Hospitality. She’s also an Awesome Chef and Baker. We didn’t drive anywhere for 2.5 day stay. Didn’t need to. Bella cafe was our tea spot . You ‘ll love Meadow Inn and we are planning to come back again.

A great place to stay. Convenient to all of downtown New Bern. Linda and staff are very helpful. A nice breakfast is provided along with snacks and drinks thru out the day.We will be back.

Amazing bed and breakfast

The bed and breakfast was amazing. We had a room on the 2nd floor that was comfortable. Every morning you are served an amazing breakfast made from scratch. On our departure day I told Linda the innkeeper we would be leaving early before breakfast she made us a sit down breakfast early before we left. I also heard here talking to other guests that had to leave and she prepared the guests with a togo breakfast. Linda went above and beyond.

We enjoyed our stay at Meadows Inn! Communication was easy, the property is clean and pretty, breakfast was yummy, and the location can't be beat. We were able to walk and ride our bikes to all of the local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Thank you, Linda and staff, for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon.

Incredible stay…. Linda is a great host that took care of any want or desire requested. Right in the heart of town, everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants and entertainment all within minutes. Definitely will be back!!!

The Innkeeper, Linda was absolutely the best. She made us feel like we were visiting family. She also got us a table at the Chelsea restaurant during their busiest time!! He food is fantastic too! Highly recommend the Meadows Inn in New Bern!

Super Stay!

Linda's Inn is so clean and cheery. She is very attentive to detail and by far my favorite innskeeper...I've met many. Her little touches with coffee, wine..even the quality of sheets. I having nothing negative to say!

We had a wonderful visit to New Bern and our stay at Meadows Inn only made it better. Linda is an amazing hostess. She made us feel so welcomed..like family. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and she was accommodating to any special requests. We will definitely be staying with her again on our next visit to New Bern.

Meadows Inn Bed & Breakfast is an amazing piece of history with the luxury of today. Linda makes you feel at home. Everyone here is so helpful. My wife and I stayed for two nights. I wish I had time to stay longer. We will definitely be back. Oh, and the breakfasts were delicious. I had to ask for the recipes. If you are looking for a special experience this is the place.

Great Experience!

Staying a the Meadows Inn was a very pleasing experience. It is close to the Riverwalk and to downtown shops and restaurants. Linda, the proprietor, is an awesome person and made sure we were happy with the room and the food. The inn's refrigerator was stocked with water and various soft drinks for our use. In the afternoon, she made cookies, muffins and cakes for a snack. If I visit New Bern again, I would be sure to stay there.

Beautiful house inside and out! Linda was a superior hostess! Excellent food and our room was perfect. The bed was comfy and there was an extra blanket in the closet and a robe! There was shampoo, soap, bath salts, shower gel and plenty of towels. Our flight was delayed and we were still greeted and cared for at 3 am! My first breakfast was prepared for my husband to bring to me in bed! I would highly recommend this place and I would absolutely return. THANK YOU LINDA

Such a wonderful stay. Staff was awesome. Room was spacious. Location right by the river and a quick walk to downtown. Breakfast was amazing both days. Parked the car when we arrived and never got back into it until we left 2 days later.
