"It is a very pleasant location and nice quiet rooms. But... I had paid with Expedia and my visa was charged again (more) at checkin. I saw it later and went to desk. She apologized and it looks like it was reversed, but would not have been. Also at checkout they refused to give me a receipt saying that this was expedia's issue, not theirs. "

"It was a neat place. Bed was good. It’s an old place so modern touches weren’t really available. It’s really close to everything, which was great. The shower left a lot to be desired. This room is right where all the outdoor seating is for music, events, etc. so be prepared for people right outside your windows. Still a good place to stay."

"This was such a peaceful afternoon and evening . Tge gardens are delightful and offer such quietness to the property. The room 22 was absolutely perfect, it couldn’t have been more inviting. We loved the room. The staff went beyond being helpful. I wish I’d have brought a bathing suit , I would have liked the mineral springs . Next time . Absolute wonderful !"

"We LOVED the water slide - my daughter went down it and we basically had the whole pool to ourselves so it was like unlimited water slide. She had so much fun we will definitely be back. Shout out to Billy & Michelle. Rooms were clean and comfy and we loved the whole place."
