The living space

The main living area centers on an indoor fireplace, giving the room a natural gathering point whether you're catching up after a day out or settling in for a movie night. Ceiling fans keep the air moving, and the overall layout is open enough that a group of eight never feels crowded. It's the kind of space that works equally well for a family reunion, a work trip with colleagues, or a long weekend with friends.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are arranged to give everyone their own corner of the home. The layout balances privacy with easy access to shared spaces, and each room is kept uncluttered so rest comes naturally. The home sleeps up to eight guests across four beds, with bed linens, towels, and essentials provided.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully set up for real cooking - not just reheating. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and baking sheet. Barbecue utensils are ready for grill sessions outside. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and the flow between kitchen and dining area makes shared meals feel relaxed rather than logistical.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms cover a group of eight without the usual morning bottleneck. The primary bathroom features a bathtub and separate shower, double vanities, and plenty of storage. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer.



Outdoor living

The screened patio extends your living space outside without the bugs. A hot tub anchors the backyard setup, and outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill round things out - whether you're grilling on a Saturday afternoon or soaking under the stars after a long day. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, noise decibel monitors, and exterior security cameras at the front and rear of the property. Free parking is available in the garage on premises.

Pets are welcome with pre-approval and a fee applies. Long-term stays are also accommodated.

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room with washer and dryer, and the screened-in patio and backyard with hot tub.

A car is recommended for getting around Jacksonville, as attractions and neighborhoods are spread out. The home offers easy access to major roads, making it simple to reach downtown Jacksonville in about 20 minutes and Jacksonville International Airport in roughly 15 minutes.



Popular destinations like the Jacksonville Zoo, shopping, dining, golf, and everyday essentials are all a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for guests who prefer not to drive.



Whether you’re commuting for work, exploring the city, or heading to and from the airport, getting around is straightforward and convenient from this location.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Government-issued ID

• Selfie verification

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
