We stayed two nights. I think the other reviews were spot on. The unit is on the older side and in a high rise apartment building so you are staying in a until in the same place people live. The check-in process was simple and the communication with the host was fantastic. The room itself, was good, nothing great but nothing bad. Clean, good bed, god water pressure in the shower and plenty of space. The room needs some updating though and using the TV was next to imposable, The remote only worked sometimes. We booked this place so we could attended a Jaguars game and it was a easy 20 min walk to the stadium. Parking was free and easy out-front. The neighborhood is def on the sketchy side though, walking at night a few blocks to get some food def had our heads on a swivel. Over all it was exactly what we expected and good value.

We liked it!

We came for a one night stay for a concert and the location was right in the city and only 30 minutes from the beach. Check in was easy and the other’s in the building were nice. It was clean and the bed was so comfy!

I liked it. Was central to our activities for the weekend and was cozy. I’m very happy with the place. I, personally, liked the live plant on the coffee table. So many places that have plants displayed are usually the plastic kind so it was refreshing to see the live plant. Thank you for your hospitality and the clear detailed instructions involving check in procedures.

Great location!

Stayed here for one night for a concert at the Vy Star Veterans Arena, a little over a mile away and took us less than 8 minutes to get there! Great location, easy to check in, no hassle, parking out front, comfy bed, waters in fridge, coffee provided, some snacks on the counter. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. Such a quaint little loft and perfect for us. The elevator across the hall is a bit loud and busy, but we soon learned to tune it out. We were convenient walking distance or a quick Uber ride to our desired destinations. Will definitely stay again!

The host was easy to communicate with. The location and safety of the building was good. Friendly and quiet neighbors. The mattress was comfortable. While it is an older building so we understand discoloration etc, it did not seem very clean overall. It needed a good deep clean on the baseboards, corners, and in the bathroom. There weren’t any face wash clothes, we were overwhelmed with a lingering smell of weed in the middle of the night into the next morning (we are not smokers at all), the new roll of toilet paper had something smeared on it, and we killed a cockroach on the wall in the kitchen area. We stayed overnight but considered leaving to a nearby hotel and we wouldn’t rebook in the future.

I chose this for a quick getaway/ staycation to enjoy downtown Jacksonville without having to drive home after socializing. I loved the location, and the space was very neat and clean. The downer was that I checked out earlier than expected because I just couldn't rest. The infrastructure is a bit noisy, and I could hear neighbors chatting in their units, so with all of that, my energy was thrown off. I took a chance and drove home anyway after my evening out.

The space was advertised as a "water view" there was none. The space advertised " a television that drops from the celing" it did not. The space advertised " an internet café " there was none. Also in the amenities there was listed as the building having a"pool table " there wasn't one. Spoke to building management when hecking out and was told she had no knowledge of either and she had been at this property since October 2025.After checking in Saturday evening texted host to ask where we could washcloths as there were none provided. Host texted back his apology and said they could be provided Sunday at 12:00 oclock that housekeeping had been contacted. Cannot in good conscience rate this any higher.

Nice for an overnight visit

This served it’s purpose as we only spent one night here. The building is a bit dated, so the room is not what you’d find at the Ritz, but it was very clean. My daughter (11) and I were able to walk down to the Performing Arts building without feeling unsafe. The host is very receptive and answers very quickly. Would stay here again.

Very convenient to the Florida Theater

We stayed 1 night to attend a concert at the Florida Theater. The room had everything we needed for our one night stay. We enjoyed the downtown lights from our big window. Scooters were available to rent and right out front. They are scattered around downtown. We ate at a place called Burrito Gallery on East Adams Street, which was just a couple blocks away. Delicious
