- Escape to an atmosphere of enchantment with our cozy Beach-Walk getaway. What we love most about Beach-Walk is the location. This gated community with 24/7 security is just a short stroll to privately accessed, endless, sandy beaches. Our condo is lovely and easy to relax in with all the amenities you need for the beach lifestyle. There is endless beauty here and lots of interesting places to visit. We have many great restaurants and places for shopping. If you want to explore Saint Augustine, it is only 24 miles South, and it is only 22 miles North to the heart of Jacksonville

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was in a perfect location, was well equipped and was very up to date and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our walks on the beach. Thanks!

We have given feedback to the host already as follows:
Apartment is tired and could do with a freshen up.
Black mould around patio doors probably as a result of condensation on metal frames but it was like it when we arrived so not cleaned/treated before arrival.
Floor dirty throughout - host thinks it is a grouting issue.
Clearer instructions to lock door when leaving needed.
Easy access to beach and entry/exit to site works really well.

Clean and nicely decorated studio condo with a comfortable bed, and well-appointed kitchen in a gated beachside community. Laundry supplies and coffee pods were a nice touch as well. Easy, short walk to the beach. Prompt communication with George, the owner. Looking forward to returning to this condo. Recommend Aqua Grill just a few miles away for lunch or dinner.

Clean and safe place to stay in Ponte Vedra
This spot is perfect for a quick stay in Ponte Vedra. My only gripe is that the property manager did not add my name to the approved guest list, so getting in the first time was a little painful. BUT the host resolved the issue with a quick phone call and all was well. Honestly, having that level of security made me feel a lot safer staying by myself for a business conference.
