There's a TV in each bedroom with high tech nightstand, and fully equipped kitchen follows and open floor plan. Even better with a coffee bar and 2 reading chairs.
House is 30-40minutes to the beach, 30minutes to the zoo, 17min to NAS JAX, 7 min to OP Mall.

A great choice for a short term stay that has the basic essentials! The pool / outside area is where we spent most of our time with our kids!

Beautiful home with plenty of room!

Beautiful home for our family to enjoy as we spent five fun filled days in the Orange Park area. There was plenty of room for all of us to not feel like we were in each other’s space. The Screened in, outdoor lanai was perfect for our evening gatherings. The pool was enjoyed by all! The neighborhood was convenient to restaurants and stores and most importantly safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Fathers Day Weekend

This is my first negative review of a property through VRBO I contacted the host several times VRBO also called and left a msg & emailed the host for two days I finally got a response after 6 days When my GPS said we had arrived at the home I was shocked There were a dozen garbage bags in the front yard The mail box is rusted and door on the front of it is torn off so the house number cannot be displayed The code we were given did not work I had to call the host and she opened the property remotely She sent a new code later that day The description of this house is 10/10 Exceptional The most luxurious vacation home in OP The cleanliness of this property was 2 The carpet in the living room is filthy There were stains on the comforter in one of the rooms The oven was dirty The bathtub did not drain when you took a shower and it has mold There was food & trash on the floor of the porch The vertical blinds were missing slats in both the living room and master bedroom so you could not close them for privacy The glass furniture in the living room is cracked and had candle wax dripped on it There is exposed electrical in the ceiling of the kitchen The pots and pans were nasty The remote for the living room TV did not have batteries The yard was in complete neglect the pool area needs pressure washing Lots of junk in the side yard The condition of home & yard convinced us not to use the pool Very Disappointed! I have photos documenting this Let me know how to send them to VRBO

AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!

We were in town visiting family. This place was beautiful and so accommodating! Very clean, and provided everything we needed!! Even had amazing coffee bar and snacks for us! The pool was great, and we will definitely stay here every-time we come down to visit family! HIGHLY recommend! I could live here!!! LOVE IT! Thank you Kayla!!

Orange Park Pool For Days

What an amazing rental! Best we have stayed in thus far. Clean, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing, couldn’t keep kids out of it-largest we have seen. If you want a comfortable and safe stay, this rental is great. We visited Jeremiah’s ice almost every night. Beaches easy to get to with ~40 min drive. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.
