Great stay!

We loved our stay. My children enjoyed being welcomed by the coloring book and snacks, especially after a long day of travel. The condo was just as pictured and super convenient to the beach, restaurants, and pool.

We love the island and go every year - this condo was very clean , very pretty and decorated well and great location - the beds were a bit hard for us but not terrible … some noisy neighbors but no big deal - not in the condo except to sleep really - nice snack basket in the kitchen

A cozy condo with the nicest live in neighbors. Within a short drive to anything you need. The beach was easily accessible with a handful of great restaurants right there. Would definitely recommend.

Great Xmas stay

David is a wonderful host and a great guy. He went out of his way to bring one of the kids a fishing rod, set up and bait over. It was incredibly kind and he was very helpful. Place is very comfy.

Late Summer Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Ferdinand Beach. The condo was the perfect distance to get to the beach, where we hunted for sharks teeth!! The condo was very clean and accommodating for our four legged friend. We would highly recommend!!

Ready walk to the beach. Close to local sites like FtClinch, lighthouse, historic downtown and marina. This property has most daily needs and easy parking. Coffee was Kureig only. Lovely and comfortable, clean and well maintained. Would do it again

Ran from a hurricane!

As the title suggests, I brought my elderly mother out of the hurricane with her little dogs. Everyone was lovely, accommodating and the condo is something I would have lived in. Right off the beach, lovely little town, great hosts.

After Labor Day at the beach

We stayed 4 nights, after Labor Day. It was immaculate and the area was quiet and safe. The host sent us clear instructions, easy to follow, and was available had we needed to contact him. We'd like to stay there again whenever we visit Fernandina Beach!

Perfect for a quick beach getaway!

Our family was looking for a quick getaway from Kissimmee and this was the perfect place for it. I never had to reach out to the condo's contact because I had no issues. It was clean and within walking distance to the beach. You can tell it was recently renovated and they did a great job. Amelia Island is a wonderful town. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property really looked just like the pic. There was a moldy smell when we first came in and the bathroom floor, baseboards and shower door look like they could use a LITTLE TLC BUT this rental is nice, spacious, the sofa bed was comfortable and me and my children enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, a 5min walk to the beach, close to restaurants and comfortable

Perfect getaway

We needed just a little getaway to unwind and this was the perfect condo for that. Upon entering the condo we could tell right away it was clean and we felt right at home. I really appreciated the keurig and the coffee that was provided for it. They also left a nice little snack box and after a 4 hour drive it was much appreciated and a very thoughtful gesture. The walk to the beach was about 5 min and they had beach chairs available…another very thoughtful gesture. I just want to point out that the beach chairs were CLEAN and looked brand new…you don’t see that often and I think that shows the amount of pride they have for their rental. We had one tiny little thing that we needed help with and the owner replied quickly and was able to provide assistance pretty quickly which I also appreciated. Over all 10/10 stay.

Cozy place, nice atmosphere, close to the beach, pet friendly. 4/5 stars because the pool was drained for our entire visit. We don’t have a pool at home and so we only stay at places with pools and when my kids and I showed up to see a waterless pool we were very disappointed.
