The private screened lanai creates a comfortable space to relax throughout the day. Take a dip in the pool or enjoy the fire pit as the sun goes down. A tiki hut and outdoor grill station make it easy to spend time outside, whether you are preparing meals or simply enjoying the fresh air. Pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day.
Living space
Inside, the home features an open layout designed for easy connection between living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room offers a big-screen HDTV, while the kitchen includes a large granite island and everything needed for preparing meals. A dining table and spacious layout provide plenty of room for groups to gather.
Sleeping arrangements
This 2-story home includes five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, offering flexibility for larger groups. The primary suite on the main floor features a king bed and en suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, two queen beds in one room, and two full-size beds in the upstairs bedroom with its own en suite. Bed linens, bathroom essentials, and storage are provided throughout.
Amenities & conveniences
Guests have access to WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, free driveway parking for up to four vehicles, and self check-in with a keypad. The home also includes a private entrance, heating and cooling, and home safety features for peace of mind.
