    Direct oceanfront views and abundant sunshine fill this end unit beauty which exudes casual coastal charm throughout! Upon entry guests will immediately notice the sparkling new kitchen with white cabinetry and stunning quartz countertops. The contrasting stainless topped island provides additional space for meal preparation or a great spot to set up a little afternoon happy hour! There are also two barstools for additional seating. The adjacent dining space is outfitted with a round wooden table and chairs and can accommodate up to six people.

    The beautifully decorated living space is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa and two upholstered chairs looking out at the expansive oceanfront views. The wall mounted flat screen smart TV provides indoor entertainment. Stylish plantation shutters and blackout draperies offer light control and privacy as needed. This space is anchored by the ocean front sliding glass doors which lead to the spacious covered balcony. Being an end unit, this balcony provides magnificent beachfront views all down the Atlantic coastline. The balcony features a dining table and six chairs perfect for dining alfresco. Two cozy rocking chairs make this the perfect place to watch the waves crash on the shore below or look for dolphins in the horizon!

Property is precisely represented. It was a great corner unit that provided great views and easy access to the beach. Love the fact it has two bedrooms and that each has access to their own bath. Discover Amelia Island

We loved this oceanfront condo right on the beach. The kitchen was amazing and better supplied than our kitchen at home. We very much enjoyed the balcony and the general atmosphere of Amelia Island. Just one heads-up: the stackable washer/dryer in the photos has been replaced by what looks to be a combined washer/dryer. We weren't sure how to use it so we passed on that.

Wonderful condo on beautiful beach

This condo is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. My sisters and I meet at different beaches each year. This was our favorite condo so far! We love to cook while we are together. As we age it’s getting harder to haul beach chairs and equipment. They have a beach cart which was helpful. We highly recommend this rental. There is a company that you can arrange beach chairs and umbrella set up.

We are two couples, husbands are brothers, and the arrangement of the bedrooms with baths was perfect. It is not easy to find two bedrooms with king sized beds and also two baths with walk-in showers. Kitchen was well-appointed and living arrangement very comfortable. Our only objection was the weather front that made it rainy most of our long weekend, but we had a good time being together.

Last Minute Get Away

This unit is fantastic. Clean, well stocked and simply beautiful. The view is spectacular and just what the doctor ordered after my husband’s hip replacement surgery. Only draw back was the elevator on our end was not working. But we managed. Outside is a little run “rustic” but our unit was just spot on in comfort and design.

The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen had more than you can imagine you'd need. The corner balcony allowed for so much broader views. We went the end of March and it was very quiet - rarely heard noises/people in the surrounding condos, and never heard people outside. Extremely peaceful - exactly what we were looking for to just slow down, be still, and be quiet. There's nothing I'd change or improve about any of it.

Beach vibes

Great property. Clean and very welcoming. You are literally on the beach. Easy check in and check out. Property owners are very responsive. I actually had a request at midnight and was taken care of. Who could ask for more? There is a grocery store a mile up the road so no need to overpack prior to your trip. There is also a convenience store right across the street. I will definitely book again. Let’s just say you can have your breakfast on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves. Don’t want to give too many gems away but well worth the stay.

Nice place in Amelia Island

This is a great condo. Great views and we had great weather which was a bonus. We just stayed for 2 nights during a trip to the Gator bowl. A couple of things... the building is a little dated but not bad. The condo was very nice once inside. Great furnishings and kitchen was very well stocked in case you like to cook. (we didn't have time). The location is great, a 10 minute drive to Downtown Fernandina - awesome bars and restaurants. The check-in is totally automated and you'll get an email before you arrive. One thing - I found the email a little confusing as to the room and the code but called the property manager and she set me straight. Would definitely stay there again!
