Step outside the front gates onto 1st Street, where you’ll find dining, nightlife, and entertainment within walking distance. Whether you're seeking a peaceful beach escape or an active day of beach cruising and sightseeing, this is the perfect spot. ****PLEASE NOTE*** OUR INTERIOR UNIT IS NOT OCEANFRONT AND HAS NO OCEAN VIEW. HOWEVER, IT IS JUST STEPS AWAY FROM THE POOL AND BEACH ACCESS. THE COMMUNITY IS OCEANFRONT.
