This was by far a superior place to stay. The backyard was awesome for my dog. The property was super nice and close enough to the beach and other things to do.

Kitchen exact clean and all white. Good for prep. A comfortable bed in a box. Lots of attention to detail. Close to Beach. Good for those who take travel seriously esp with a pet.

This property was in such a great location- close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Loved the backyard - spent so much time out there. Would definitely stay again.

The home was even better than expected! Beautiful inside with a lovely outdoor area, in addition the hosts provided beach chairs, sand castle builders and boogies boards that could be easily hauled to the shore in their wagon just a short walk away. Everything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach. Highly recommend!!

The Oak Tree

The house was adorable. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the outside gazebo was relaxing! Very clean!!!

Very comfortable spacious one level home. Everything was clean and neat. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and groceries. Jenny was our home manager. She responded quickly to each email sent. We had a great stay. If we could’ve booked another night, we would have.

This home is beautiful and clean. We loved the location being a 8 min walk to the Jacksonville pier and many local restaurants. We also appreciated them being dog friendly.

Mediocre Space

Property is downstairs only, could hear upstairs tenants coming and going during entire stay. Primary bedroom under upstairs tenants and could hear them walking around during bedtime. Sleeping arrangements differed from what was communicated/offered. Stains on window treatments, rugs, and seating. Property did not smell freshly cleaned but was not necessarily dirty. Location is fairly prime for being close to the beach and restaurants/bars.

Beyond amazing

Absolutely the best rental I’ve ever stayed at in Florida, If not ever, BUG FREE, beautiful sitting area out back, everything you could possibly need for the beach is provided, the host was responsive & friendly as could be, easy check in, everything worked perfectly, very clean,there’s not one thing I can complain about, phenomenal experience all the way around!

Downstairs Apartment

This is our first ever negative review of a property from any online rental platform. We did not actually stay in the apartment more than about 45 minutes so we left 5/5 stars on anything other than the reason we left. This is not an 1100 sq ft home rental. It is a home divided into up/down apartments. We could hear people stomping up and down stairs from the driveway when we arrived, and once we got into the rental, it was actually vibrating through the space. We then heard a toilet flush upstairs and it sounded like water was running down the wall separating the kitchen from bedroom #1. We text the owner who immediately responded back. I am posting the exact responses below. 'Hello— the home is a duplex though there isn’t a lot of overlap with the sides. the stairs to the other side are on the other side of the house where the other driveway is. In case you missed it the garage and outdoor shower are shared with the two units.' 'We’ve not had any feedback on noise between the units, in fact, there is extra insulation— it is a family staying upstairs so there shouldn’t be any late night noise affecting sleep. There are also sound machines in each bedroom if that helps!' So there has never been an issue with noise but there are noise cancellation devices in each bedroom? To be clear, it was incredibly loud and this listing does not state a duplex, so the owner needs to clarify what this is. We had to find a hotel at the last minute and pay for both. Cleaning fee refunded.
