Renovated to perfection, this exquisite property boasts a private fenced-in backyard pool, lounge area, and a newly installed putting green. Centrally located in Jacksonville Beach, just nine blocks from the beach, it offers easy access to restaurants and shopping. Ample parking and space for an RV or boat make this home a convenient choice.

    Indulge in modern comforts with smart TVs in every room, including the outdoor patio. The garage has been thoughtfully transformed into a delightful space for kids, complete with two single beds. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining.

    Step into the backyard paradise, featuring a built-in gas fire pit, a water lounge ledge, multiple lounge areas, and an outdoor dining and living area to comfortably sit 10 adults.     🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

We enjoyed our week stay, beach was a quick drive down the street and neighborhood was quiet. Pool water was hotter than a hot tub and an improvement would be to install a cool zone for the hot summer months. Kitchen was adequate to cook meals in and grill worked great for steaks. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Was a great place to stay. The place is clean and well maintained.my 7 camp friends loved the place. The best part was the fire pit made us feel like if we were at our campground drinking beer and having lots of laughs I absolutely loved this place.

Amazing rental - Felt like home

In Jacksonville for conference, this rental was great for our group. Beds were super comfy and outdoor area was perfect for socializing and meetings. Just a short 30 mins to downtown.

We enjoyed a lovely week Christmas to New Year’s Day and the weather was great for the first 4 days! Unfortunately the pool heater broke the first night and took 2 days to repair. Once repaired, the water was warm! And the pool gets sun in the backyard most of the day! The house is well appointed , great location- easy walk to CVS and beach, grocery store is a quick drive away! The response team is super! The blender broke and they sent a new one and the same day! Beds are comfy, dual heating for upstairs downstairs.

This house meet most of our needs for the trip. The amenities were just as they were shown in the pictures. Even though the home had been upgraded and updated it's still an older home and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are very small. Overall if I had to I would stay here again.

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The back yard was great and the pool was heated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to the Mayo Clinic. We would definitely recommend it.

Our first time celebrating Thanksgiving away from home. My husband had a big birthday the day before Thanksgiving and we met our son and daughter-in-law in JAX beach to celebrate both. Great house. Chose this spot because we were visiting family in Atlantic beach and going to TPC for the Players. The house was perfect for entertains although we did not have time to do so. Property was extremely clean and up to date. The staff was prompt, and lovely. Will definitely return next time!

Excellent property!

We were in Jacksonville Beach for a wedding, two families stayed at this property. It was everything we needed - enough room for both families, the backyard was perfection. The pool is heated, there is so much to do just at the house. This was the best stocked rental I've ever stayed, they have everything you need. It's a quick drive to the beach, or a long walk if you are in the mood. If we are in Jacksonville Beach again, we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great week at a fabulous house! Unfortunately the weather was not great but we still got to enjoy the heated pool and really enjoyed the putting green. House was close to everything and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Staff was very responsive prior to our arrival and I highly recommend this listing! We will be back!!

Jax Beach Golf Football weekend

We just completed a stay at this rental and we had a blast. The house is clean and neat and allowed us to enjoy ourselves in a comfortable home. The golf courses were 5 & 20 minutes away and we were 30 minutes to the football stadium. The pool was clean and heated the fire pit was great to hang around in the evening. If your looking for a house in the Jax Beach area give this one a try you won’t be disappointed.

Successful graduation gathering

Everything was as pictured and more! This was a wonderful place to host a gathering for family and friends. This home is equipped with almost everything you will need. The neighborhood is friendly and feels close to everything. Although this home has a brand new air conditioning unit, it did feel warmer upstairs than we would have preferred but all in all it was ok. We would definitely stay here again, as the outside amenities provided so much fun and spaces for all our guests to enjoy. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. The property management team was A++++! They answer all your questions immediately while you’re not there and once you arrive they are quick to adjust any concerns. This was a lovely time for all and I would highly recommend booking it if you are having a large gathering. 😊

Awesome home feel with all the amenities

We were able to bring together a bunch of friends at Tide View for a fun and relaxing vacation! The dining room and outdoor patio space was perfect for relaxing, family meals, or playing games. The heated pool was incredible on cooler days, since yhe FL weather didnt work in our favor. And the hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We'd definitely book with them again!
