Communication with hosts a real positive. They are responsive within an hour. Plenty of shops and dining options within 5 miles. Beaches and attractions within 30-40 minutes. This 3 bedroom house has nice, open floor plan. Living room and kitchen well connected. Living room furniture and rugs need refreshing, not very comfortable. Large flat screen tv in living room is a plus. Good sized tv in all 3 bedrooms. Biggest disappointment is the small bathroom. The sink is extremely small (about 1/3 of normal vanity) and difficult to navigate without getting the floor wet when shaving. House is located on a busy 4-lane street. Noise is minimized when inside, but can be challenging for light sleepers. Backyard needs work to be more usable for outside activities. Overall, appreciate the effort the owners put into this older home. Just not the ideal fit for our needs and expectations.

Nice house and convenient location. All spick and span and ready to go. Recently renovated with tasteful decor and surprisingly nice furniture. Y’all take good care of this place.

The house was excellent, very clean. The entire house has very spacious for us. The beds were very comfortable. The location was easy assess for all areas we visited. The owner is who impressed me. We had an issue with the toilet that was caused by us. The owner took care of it in less than thirty minutes. I was willing to pay for the repair. He said it was not necessary. His kindness and patience was very much appreciated. Thank you kindly, continue adding joy to families life! This was our family reunion location this year! E. Kirkwood
