Charming & Cozy 3 bedroom condo 15mn to Jacksonville beaches!

  • Charming and cozy condo in a family friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Jacksonville, 7min away from St. john’s Town center, Tinsel Town and a number of restaurants . 15 mns away from Jacksonville Beaches, Downtown, and Mayo clinic. 30min to mayport Naval Base.
    Great location for a traveling professionals looking for a temporary long term housing.

    Other details to note:
    Parking: Free public parking in parking lot in front of condo. Numbered parking are for residents only. Ok for
    guests to use any of the un numbered
    spaces.

    Pool access- I do not offer the
    pool/gym as an amenity due to
    changes to HOA rules. Though there is a pool in the community, the new HOA rule requires that resident/host
    accompany and stay with guests at all times
    when accessing the amenity center, which is obviously not practical.
