    The home is newly renovated yet keeps its beachy, old school feel. With a smart TV and blazing fast internet, you will be able to stay connected during your stay.

    This is a bottom floor unit and does not come with a yard. It is a very small unit, much like a hotel room, at only 250 sq ft total.

    The house is surrounded by businesses. The "neighborhood" actually starts one more block east.

    This means that it is very quiet during the days but can be busy during nights with the close by bars and restaurants.

    The unit is also a triplex so you do have two very close neighbors!
