Everbank Field, Saint Johns Town Center, UNF, and Mayo Clinic are all within a 15 minute drive. Inside the house you will find a bright, cozy yet spacious home to work, relax, read, rest and play. Large flat-screen TV and internet included. A walk around the block is a pleasant 1 mile. The space Beautiful, simple, updated home. We provide the basics, you relax, stay focused and enjoy.
