    The Space:

    •Master - King bed with TV with private bathroom.

    •Guest room - King bed, closet and dresser.

    •Hall bath with tub & shower combo.

    •2 parking spots available on site.



    Guest Access:

    The entire condo is available to renters. This unit is not shared with others. The pool is common space for the 12 unit condo building but very little traffic as the beach so close as well.



    The Neighborhood:

    A few short blocks (Walking distance) to shops and restaurants and festivals yet in a quiet area/condominium .



    Getting Around:

    There are two parking spaces under the building with additional parking near by. Uber and Taxi services are readily available upon request. Many things in Jax Beach area are walking distance.
