This multi-generation family-friendly beachfront home comes with numerous quality touches and amenities: an elevator services all three floors, newly renovated kitchen fully equipped for foodies and cooks alike with new quartz countertops, hardwoods and tile throughout, separate water heaters for each floor, a gathering play area with kitchenette, spacious outside shower, and beach access directly from the house. Himmelstrand has been lovingly maintained and appointed. Located 3/4 of a mile south of the Surf City pier on a quiet low traffic street, Himmelstrand is an easy stroll or bike ride from the shops and restaurants of Surf City.
