  • A beautiful, newly built townhome in Fernandina Beach! 3462 First Avenue is located one street from the beach and centrally located on Amelia Island. This gorgeous property is richly appointed to make your stay comfortable.

    Upon entering the home, you will find a lovely open-air floor plan with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. A large sliding door overlooks the private fenced-in backyard, with a beautiful deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a twilight dinner at home. The first floor also features the first of three bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.

    Upstairs, there is a loft area perfect for relaxing, as well as two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with dual sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds. There is a shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo just outside of the room. This home also offers a full laundry room for use during your stay.

    With ample parking and the features of a new construction home, 3462 First Avenue is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and anyone looking to enjoy all that Amelia Island has to offer!
