Fernandina Beach is a community of "easy living," and is located on Amelia Island. The town is known for great golf. The beaches are expansive and there are many outdoor activities to take part in nearby. You'll be near several state parks and ecological preserves where wildlife can be observed. Peter's point state park is adjacent to the property, know as a fun sandy beach for fishing and vehicles. Enjoy many shopping and dining options.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, with exception to the storage space on the first floor. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The space
Set across three stories, this comfortable townhouse offers space for up to eight guests with three bedrooms, five beds, and two bathrooms. Sliding doors in the living area open to a covered patio where you can relax after a day at the beach. Inside, a sofa faces an upright piano and TV, while the adjacent dining area invites everyone to gather for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook your own meals, and a washer and dryer are tucked away for convenience. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep every floor comfortable year-round, while fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite on the middle floor features a king bed, private balcony, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed on the same level, while the top floor includes a queen bed and two singles framed by sweeping ocean views. Each room comes with soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades to ensure restful nights.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home, both located on the middle floor. Each provides bathroom essentials, including towels, toiletries, and hot water, with one featuring a combination tub and shower.
Outdoor living
Step from the covered patio onto a private walkway that leads directly to the beach. Outdoor furniture provides a shaded space to read or dine, and a balcony off the primary bedroom is ideal for catching sunrises. A pool is available nearby, offering another spot to cool off or unwind between beach walks. Beach essentials are provided for guest use.
Amenities
The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. Guests enjoy free parking on the property and self check-in via keypad.
Neighborhood
Located on Amelia Island in Fernandina Beach, the townhouse sits near expansive sandy shores, golf courses, and nature preserves. Peter ’s Point State Park is adjacent, offering fishing and wildlife viewing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is a short drive away with local shops and dining, while Jacksonville International Airport is about forty minutes by car.
There are several ways to get around on the island - walking, golf carts, Segways, etc. A car is recommended depending on your plans.
***PLEASE NOTE*** May 1st to October 31st marks Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Please follow Nassau County's guidelines in the property guidebook to protect these cherished creatures. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please be advised parking is limited to 2 full-size vehicles or three compact cars in the driveway only. Towing laws will be strictly enforced. There is no parking allowed on the grass or in other areas of the neighborhood. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, trucks above 1/2 ton, commercial vehicles of any size, and buses should not be parked at this property.
Please take out all trash at the end of your stay. All household trash must be secured in sturdy plastic bags and placed inside the dumpster located at the south end of the property. All other items must be disposed of at the owner's expense. Please do not litter.
Due to strict HOA policies and rules, no pets or grilling are allowed.
• Bringing a pet will result in a minimum fine of $500. However, ADA service dogs are allowed. Please notify us first as we will need to inform the Homeowners Association.
• Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills, Electric Grills, Hibachis, or similar electrical devices are prohibited, and use of these may result in a fine. Grilling devices can only be used by named owners of the property under the Community Home Association guidelines.
