Beach Villa with Movie Theater

Welcome to Jax Beach Villa! Our spacious floor plan and wrap around porch are perfect for a memorable getaway. Located just a few minutes from the beach, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the soothing sounds of crashing waves. Spend evenings relaxing in our private movie theater and game room. Our prime location means you can easily walk to local destinations, making it the perfect spot for a night out. Bring the whole family and enjoy a comfortable and fun-filled vacation!
The space
This townhouse is 1920sf and 3 levels. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have king beds and 1 with bunk bed with a twin on top, a full on the bottom and a pull out trundle. 1 bedroom is located on the first floor and the other 3 are on the third floor. The house has 3.5 bathrooms. The garage has been converted into a movie theater/game room with its own separate A/C. The second floor boasts a spacious open layout with a beautiful stylistic living room and kitchen/dining area. The wrap around porch is located off the kitchen and is equipped with a gas grill, large dining table with 6+ chairs and a large umbrella. There is also an outside patio area with a gas fire pit just off the garage.

Weekend at Vacation Home In Jacksonville

We loved our stay here. It was a beautiful home with lots of sleeping room. Short walk to lots to do. Will definitely stay here again if ever traveling to Jacksonville.

Such a perfect weekend!

The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.

Beautiful place

Stayed here with friends for my daughter’s 14th birthday and they had a blast! Awesome location, right across from the beach with nice restaurants and even a candlemaking place within a few steps. Well-maintained and beautifully decorated property, lots of room for people to spread out. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing house close to the beach

This was a super beautiful and cozy house for 8 of us. Plenty of room, plenty of cute restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The theatre was a fun addition Host was super quick to respond to messages. Will definitely be staying here again when werein the area

Great location. Close to the beach, ice cream shops, andbars.

The house is very nice. We used the kitchen, stove and grill. It is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants/bars.

We had a pleasant stay at this rental located just off the A1A in Jacksonville Beach. Although it wasn’t one of the best I’ve recently experienced, the property’s proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers made it a great choice. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with my son playing NBA Jam.

Flexible Family Stay

We intended to stay one night before joining a group of family on a cruise out of Jacksonville. Hurricane Helene had another idea. Cruise was delayed by 32 hours. Our host allowed us an extra day with a late check out. Thank you! The kids loved watching Disney movies in the theater when the rain came. Having the beach nearby during the sunny moments was great. Location is the best!

It was really great! The host gave us an early check-in time as requested. The only issue was checking in it said I would receive check in directions three days before, and I had to reach out morning of to get them. Not a big deal at all though the host was super quick to respond. The only two things I noticed was a cockroach on the flor in the first floor bedroom,and the door to the garage does not lock. Otherwise super clean and a great place to stay!

Family vacation

Great location to restaurants, attractions, grocery stores, etc. We had 3 kids under the age of 8 and the walk was easy with them to get to the beach access. Check in information wasn't sent until 4:30 pm on the day we arrived which had me stressed, but we got in and all was well. The house matched the pictures online. We used the kitchen a decent amount and it had plenty of what we needed. The movie theater was great for family movie night. Close to Adventure Landing and it's fun for the kids. We drove down to Silver Springs and did an extended glass bottom boat tour as well. Checked out the alligator farm on Anastasia Island. Highly recommend TH Charters in St. Augustine for boat needs especially if you're doing a memorial at sea like we were.

Amenities were poorly maintained. Could be a very nice place if things were properly cleaned, maintenance performed, host checked functionality of appliances and furniture and overall overseeing of the property to be sure it is as advertised.

This is the beach closet, and there was nothing for the beach other than a small cooler.
This is the top of the filthy popcorn machine in the movie theater. Something was growing in the dirty measuring spoon with all the darts for the dart board.
