Beach front cottage - don't let the outside fool you - check out the photos!

If you are interested in renting this property, PLEASE send an inquiry regarding this property with your requested dates BEFORE you send a booking request. This is a small 4 bedroom cottage located directly on the beach. Don't let the outside fool you; this cottage has a very nice interior. The cottage is small with approximately 1500 square feet total with an excellent design to maximize the living space. The main living area is on the 2nd floor where there is a living room, a stocked full kitchen with granite counter tops and two bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. All of the mattresses are Beautyrest Black Nappa Plus hybrid pillow top mattresses each with think mattress pads - which are the best mattresses you will ever sleep on. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The living room has a sliding glass door that opens onto a large open deck with a large L-shaped outdoor sofa. There is also an outdoor grill located on the deck. The downstairs area has two queen bedrooms and a full bath. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer downstairs. There is a separate full kitchen downstairs with a small living room area with another queen sleeper sofa. The downstairs living room area has French glass doors that open to a sitting area with two picnic tables located underneath the deck off of the second floor. As stated above, the upstairs and downstairs space has been designed to maximize the available living space for a small beach front rental cottage which subsequently leaves small areas for available closet space. There is room for parking for 4 vehicles; with one space behind the rear deck of the house and 3 parking spaces in the front of the house. Pets are welcome. Please do not allow pets to be on the furniture/ beds for any reason. If pet hair is on furniture/ bedding, you will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee.
This property only rents for a 7 day minimum in the months of June and July, during holiday weeks, as well as the week of the Ritz Concourse car show and the week of the Shrimp boat festival. You can always inquiry if less days are desired, which may be possible at times due to other existing reserved dates when less than 7 days are available. Please send an "inquiry" only, not a "booking request" on this property to further discuss availability before sending a booking request if you are requesting less than 7 days during the months of June and July, and/or during a holiday week.
