Amelia Island Ocean Front Ground Floor Condo- Construction Discount-Ends 10/1

  • 2026 - Our building is under maintenance construction (new building walkways and railings) The maintenance is 8am - noon and 1-4 pm. Some days are more noisy than others. The work is on the parking lot side of the building, not the beach side. No work is done on the weekends or after 4:00 pm...unless its make up work from bad weather conditions. The nightly rate has been discounted from $360 a night down to $250 a night during the construction phase.

    “This property is not part of Omni’s resort, and does not give you access to any Omni Hotel Resort privileges or amenities including the tennis courts and fitness center. ” This property is in the Sea Dunes complex which has it's own swimming pool and tennis courts. This is a privately owned property that is managed by its sole owners. It is however located inside the Omni Resort property.
