Amelia Island 4 Bedroom Home with Private Pool

  • Coastal living at its best!  This 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath oceanfront beach house is the perfect spot for your next vacation.  This spacious floor plan allows everyone their own space to enjoy every aspect of this home.  Downstairs offers an open floor plan for your living area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and private bedroom with 2 queen beds with an ensuite bath.  The kitchen is equipped with a table that will accommodate 8 and an additional 3 at the bar.  Also, enjoy the walkout from the Kitchen to a covered patio where you can enjoy the ocean breeze or lounge in the pool listening to the waves.

    Upstairs offers a sitting area where you can enjoy the entertainment of TV or enjoy your ocean view.  The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that share a hall bath.  The third bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bath.  Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath with an Ocean view and a private entry to the oceanfront balcony.  

    Coastal Dream allows you access to a 1 car garage, outdoor shower, and oceanfront pool with a private boardwalk to the ocean.

    The property is not pet-friendly.
