The place was wonderful and walking distance to the beach. It's in a very nice apartment complex with beach chairs and beach toys for the kids and a little wagon to borrow to carry everything to the beach. Definitely would do again

Overall it was a pleasant stay once I made a few changes. There were a few issues I had to resolve. The hose out front was broken so there was no way to rinse off sand. I bought a hose and nozzle at Walmart and once maintenance cut off the old hose I was able to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they sent maintenance to take the old hose off so that was a big plus. The master bedroom mattress needs replacement desperately. I was so uncomfortable on it due to deep indents that I decided to try the room with two twins that are pushed together with a connector. They were extremely hard and not the best either so I bought a mattress pad. Once I had that pad it was okay and I slept fine. The shower was newer but it doesn’t drain well so you stand in the water some for some reason. The toilet was dirty on arrival but I cleaned it with Lysol wipes I had brought. And one drawer in the kitchen seems to be broken? I’m not sure it’s very hard to open. Other than that it was perfectly suitable for what I needed it for and I would likely stay again if the price is right as long as I brought the necessary things to sleep okay.
