Perfect Condo

The condo was so very well appointed, everything one would need. The neighborhood pool was perfect with sun or shade areas. I can't say say enough about this location. We loved it.

Wonderful Property!!

This has to be one of the best VRBO properties where we have ever stayed. They had everything we needed to cook a bit, lots of beach towels and the ocean is right there! We also took advantage of the pool. We were on a girls' trip and really enjoyed our first time on Amelia Island.

Great stay, beautiful home!

We traveled to Amelia island to celebrate my sister's birthday. I found this place and chose it because of the many great reviews and were not disappointed. The home is beautiful and nicely decorated. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was so nice to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, amazing view of the ocean and the pool was so nice and never crowded. Beverly was super responsive and so helpful! I messaged her about restaurant recommendations and other questions I had before we arrived and she was so great about getting back to meI would highly recommend this beautiful place!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. We’ve been coming to Amelia Island for years, but this was our first time staying at Shipwatch. The complex was very clean and quiet with wonderful views!

Perfect Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time. The place was just magnificent. Well furnished. Lots of beach, chairs, umbrellas, and amenities and a super responsive host. The place is very updated, has a great view of the ocean, and was definitely one of our favorites that we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!

Excellent Family Vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was beautiful and just as described. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the property. Extra touches such as games, books, and beach gear were available for use. The kitchen was well-appointed for meal preparation. The views from the condo are breathtaking. There was plenty of green space for a game of catch with my grandsons. The pool area is very nice and easily accessible. Beverly was great to answer any questions and check-in/check-out procedures were easy. My family and I hope to stay at this beautiful condo again in the future.

Amazing find!

Beverly was an amazing host! She was responsive with restaurant recommendations and tips for fun on Amelia Island which is a hidden gem. The condo was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located steps from the ocean and near the pool and other amenities. She provided everything we needed for an awesome stay including bikes and beach needs. It was the best vacation, in a beautiful home on an amazing Island. BEST FIND EVER! Thank you, Beverly!!

Life IS Good at the Beach!

We had an amazing time and highly recommend this condo! Everything was beautiful and there are so many added details and touches that make it feel so homey. The condo is so comfortable and roomy for all of us. We will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful destination again.

Peaceful getaway

What a perfect spot for relaxing with family. Quiet, plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds, beautiful view. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Property owner was excellent at answering questions and communicating.

Beautiful views and beyond clean!

We had an amazing time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The rooms/beds were comfortable and exactly what we needed for our group. The main balcony provided beautiful beach views and sunrise views and the master balcony was perfect for morning coffee with a breeze. Mother’s Day weekend

Beverly, You have an amazingly beautiful home! Everything was perfect and just as described. Very clean and homey. The beds were so comfortable , and that view!!!! We had an incredible time and enjoyed every min on the island. The bikes were a bonus and the trails are wonderful to explore. Our Mother's day trip could not have been any better.

Beach Vacation

Our family stayed here, 6 of us, and it was perfect! Everything was updated, and Beverly had thought of all the extras that were needed. It was beautiful, we enjoyed the sunrise each morning and the views each day. It was a great place for us all to stay and spread out and have our own space. This is the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in . We have stayed in several. The furniture is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Unbeatable sunrises!

We are early risers, so being able to watch the sun come up over the Atlantic from the balcony each morning was just one of the many highlights of our stay at this property. As others have said, it is absolutely spotless, exceptionally well-equipped, and the location is terrific. If there were one thing we would change, it would be the height of the mattress in the master suite (too high). We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful home with amazing views

We had a wonderful time in your home. Everything was just as shown in your listing but it is even more beautiful in person. There were so many thoughtful added touches to the home that made it feel so warm and comfortable. Your corner east/south facing location with 2 balconies is unbeatable! And your location is so peaceful and quiet but still very close to the beach and pool. Thank you for such an amazing stay. We look forward to another visit.

Lovely place!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was fantastic and the attention to all of the little details was just wonderful. Plus, the welcome tray with the San Pellegrino and snacks was so thoughtful! It wasn't warm enough for the beach, but the location with the beach right out the door would be awesome in the warmer weather. Also, the elevator up to the condo was a big plus, although it stopped working a few times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again...highly recommend!

COASTAL CHARM

This condo was one of the best VERBOS we have ever encountered. Very clean, well supplied, comfortably arranged. We were overwhelmed by comfortable bedding and the mega supply of fine linens/towels for all 6 adults who shared an 80th birthday celebration vacation. What you see is what you get

Actually, the reality of our stay exceeded our expectations. Great location. Easy parking, great views, easy access to the beach. The big lawn area you see in the photos is a defunct golf course. Great place to play with children. A few families out there playing frisbee, etc. Grocery store. Just a few minutes away as well as great restaurants. The condo has very nice sized bedrooms. And the host has provided everything you need including beach chairs and two bikes. Great stay ……
